Shoot straight with me

From my experience working with 20/30-somethings for the past 6 years is that they want you to shoot strait with them.  If you don't come out and say what you believe and instead you skirt the real issue and dodge the bullets, you will loose credibility.

There is this temptation in our culture to shy away from things that could bring division, to skirt the tough subjects, and speak with exceptional vagueness.  

This helps no one.  They would rather have you shoot straight with them than be agreeable.   Honesty is more admirable.
